Manages full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, hiring-manager partnership, and pre-employment activities. Develops sourcing strategies, advises managers on hiring decisions and compensation, monitors candidate pipelines, partners with recruiting vendors, and escalates complex issues. The role independently manages 20 or more requisitions in a high-volume environment and supports patient-facing, managerial, full-time, and part-time hiring.
