Manage compensation and benefits programs across the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico). Administer benefits end-to-end, lead open enrollment, manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, support merit and incentive planning, advise HRBPs on total rewards, configure Workday HRIS, and conduct audits and communications.
