Own Lantern’s identity control plane, including lifecycle automation, Entra ID, federation, conditional access, phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access, secrets, workload identities, and identity-as-code. Establish Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, least-privilege, JIT access, verification, and governance standards while partnering with cloud, platform, service delivery, and GRC teams. This hands-on principal role reports to the CISO and requires building automated, auditable controls for regulated healthcare environments.

Leads Lantern’s consultant relations function through named ownership of major consulting and brokerage relationships. Builds durable national and local partnerships, embeds the team in active sales opportunities, improves deal outcomes, develops consultant-focused content, closes coverage gaps, and establishes outcome-based metrics. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Analytics, Clinical, and other teams while building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing consultant relations organization.
