Own approximately 10 emerging-market client accounts while managing and coaching 3–4 Client Success Managers. Drive renewals, revenue growth, retention, escalations, client satisfaction, reporting, and account health analysis. Partner with the VP of Client Success on segment strategy, team development, process improvement, automation, and cross-functional initiatives. Maintain CRM and reporting accuracy while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team.

Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure successful delivery and long-term value; coordinate cross-functional teams, execute account plans and business reviews, resolve service issues end-to-end, maintain CRM data hygiene, drive retention and expansion, support engagement marketing initiatives, and proactively identify and prevent client problems.

Lead strategic account management for large clients, ensuring retention, growth, and value realization. Develop service and revenue strategies, resolve escalations, onboard clients, mentor account managers, and deliver data-driven insights. Travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.
