Builds and manages relationships with repair and restoration firms, develops standardized marketing and training programs, onboards partners, analyzes network data, and drives process improvements. Acts as liaison to internal teams and creates collateral to increase participation and engagement.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using Azure Databricks, ADF, and SQL Server. Develop OLTP and dimensional models, integrate Salesforce and SaaS sources, implement batch and real-time processing, enforce data governance and CI/CD, troubleshoot performance, mentor team members, and drive improvements to reduce technical debt and improve cost and performance.

Review and QA repair estimates and files, complete cabinetry/furniture valuations using Xactimate, ensure file completion and billing, follow up on incomplete submissions, support SLAs, assist manager with metrics and process improvements, and manage queues.
