Participate in a 24-month rotational AI program across portfolio companies to identify AI opportunities, design and deploy AI agents, models, and dashboards, translate analytics for stakeholders, and develop scalable AI solutions leading to post-program AI or analytics roles.

Manage and grow distributor and end-user accounts across Latin America through solution selling. Support HRIS by designing and implementing reports and dashboards, running and analyzing HR/payroll data, resolving HCM technical issues, creating documentation and integration guides, and recommending process improvements to optimize HR integrations and user experience.
