Collaborates with faculty and staff, supports career communications and digital platforms, participates in university events, contributes to reporting, and helps connect students with alumni, employers, and mentors. The role is based in person at the Boston campus with occasional travel to Worcester.

Provides administrative and operational HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, personnel records, I-9 verification, and employee engagement. Facilitates adjunct faculty hiring, processes confidential transactions and invoices, responds to employee questions, and supports compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Leads instructional design, course development, educational technology implementation, quality assurance, assessment, and continuous improvement for professional and continuing education programs. Coordinates projects, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, faculty communications, annual course updates, accreditation support, and strategic initiatives. Maintains LMS content and functionality, develops documentation and training resources, supports digital credential systems, and ensures accessible, high-quality learning experiences.

Analyzes institutional data, surveys, student success metrics, enrollment trends, academic information, and KPIs. Prepares internal and external reports, data visualizations, statistical analyses, and presentations supporting university planning, accreditation, strategic initiatives, grants, and program reviews. The role also provides survey design and data-analysis consulting to university departments and ensures data integrity.
