Manage and evaluate the Peer Tutoring Program, including recruitment, scheduling, training (CRLA guidelines), supervision, data collection, reporting, and outreach. Provide academic coaching, facilitate workshops, support faculty collaboration, and represent the center at university events. Assist the Director with office initiatives and perform related duties.

Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Conduct donor visits, close leadership-level gifts, promote planned giving, support annual fund and campaign initiatives, collaborate with university leadership, maintain CRM records, and meet fundraising performance goals while supporting alumni engagement and institutional priorities.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for MCPHS including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, ATS administration (ADP), hiring manager coaching, and employer branding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
