Manages approximately 25 key accounts, develops customer and market strategies, owns sales targets and KPIs, manages budgets and promotional investments, and builds distributor and hospitality relationships. Provides market leadership, coaching, and direction to distributor Brand Development Managers and Bacardi Brand Ambassadors while coordinating activations, account visits, and cross-functional commercial initiatives. Drives profitable growth through customer engagement, presentations, business consulting, and competitive market intelligence.
