Serve as the primary customer contact to resolve inquiries and disputes, prevent cancellations, and drive retention through empathy, problem-solving, upsells, and accurate CRM documentation. Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat, collaborate with Sales and Production, meet retention KPIs, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
