Provides clerical and receptionist support for a YMCA community services program serving youth involved with the Massachusetts juvenile justice system. Responsibilities include managing schedules, reports, records, office supplies, data entry, meeting minutes, document transfers, maintenance requests, and meeting or event coordination. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, accurate communication, youth-service experience, knowledge of juvenile justice procedures, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Manages the CEO’s office workflow, board and executive communications, calendars, meetings, minutes, travel, visitor logistics, confidential correspondence, and special projects. Serves as liaison to board members, executives, government agencies, and stakeholders. Coordinates cross-departmental workflows, membership and program records, association reporting, and administrative support while maintaining timelines, budgets, discretion, and organizational priorities.

Lead membership sales and retention by creating recruitment strategies, conducting tours/onboarding, tracking KPIs, managing Welcome Center staff, coordinating community outreach and events, overseeing budgets and promotions, and driving member engagement and fundraising.
