Lead membership sales and retention by creating recruitment strategies, conducting tours/onboarding, tracking KPIs, managing Welcome Center staff, coordinating community outreach and events, overseeing budgets and promotions, and driving member engagement and fundraising.

Lead enterprise risk management (ERM) across the Association: develop ERM systems, safety/training programs, policies, incident reporting, claims management, and contingency planning. Chair Safety & Risk Committee, drive audits and data-driven risk analysis, train staff, partner with leaders and external parties, and support insurance and compliance activities to protect assets and ensure regulatory adherence.

Lead and build the Advancement Operations function, overseeing gift processing, data management, prospect research, systems/analytics (Raiser's Edge), policy and process development, cross‑departmental alignment, and supervision of advancement operations staff to support fundraising growth and compliance.
