Responsibilities include building and managing the pre-sales team, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering, developing technical sales methodologies, overseeing strategic customer engagements, managing budgets, improving win rates and deal velocity, and executing GTM initiatives for complex AI-driven software modernization opportunities.

Own the architecture and technical roadmap for core backend, infrastructure, and AI platform areas. Write and review production code, resolve complex production issues, improve reliability and scalability, and drive technical initiatives across teams. Build prototypes and customer-facing technical content, mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an in-person environment.

Leads and grows a team of Forward Deployed Software Engineers supporting enterprise accounts. Build custom integrations, debug complex environments, develop reusable patterns, run POCs, and translate executive goals into technical roadmaps. Act as a trusted technical advisor, influence product roadmap with field insights, and contribute code and documentation back to the core platform.
