Manage branch shipping and handling operations: schedule orders and deliveries, control budgets and staffing, hire and lead team members, coordinate with vendors and the branch manager, track operations metrics to improve productivity, reduce costs, and deliver excellent customer service.

Serve customers at a branch by answering sales calls and walk-ins, writing orders/quotes, picking and stocking, and advising on plumbing/heating/HVAC products. Use computer systems for order entry, collaborate with the branch sales team, and provide problem-solving and project support to help customers find the right products.

Participate in an 18-month rotational Sales and Management Training Program across branch departments (inside sales, HVAC design, counter, warehouse). Learn inventory, customer service, distribution, and support functions to prepare for a sales or management role. Engage in cross-functional training, community involvement, and company culture-building while working full time and accessing employee benefits.
