Provide financial and administrative support for the Department of Public Works: monitor expenditures, track disposal tonnage and invoices, coordinate payroll/purchase order/vendor data entry, manage billing cycles, respond to public inquiries on permits/claims, and communicate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely administrative operations.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for public health permitting: answer public inquiries, process permits/licenses/payments, prepare correspondence, manage records, and perform data entry and general office tasks to support departmental operations.

Provide clerical and financial support in the Treasury Department: process and audit payments, reconcile bank statements, balance and deposit receipts, assist with vendor payments/ACH/wires, research and resolve payment discrepancies, support taxpayers and departments, perform data entry, tax title research, and general administrative duties.

Manage workers' compensation, injury-on-duty (111F), FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other leave programs. Serve as case manager and liaison with employees, medical providers, vendors, and managers; ensure compliance, maintain confidential records, prepare reports, recommend safety improvements, and support return-to-work processes.
