Lead and scale the U.S. Wealth investor servicing function for alternatives and traditional products. Own end-to-end investor lifecycle, define servicing operating model, manage KPIs and SLAs, drive efficiency via process and technology, and partner cross-functionally to support onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, transfer agency, and advisor experience while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Provide fixed income and FX trading support for the Americas: ensure accurate allocation, confirmation and funding of trades; assist traders with order handling; investigate and resolve trade discrepancies; liaise across teams; monitor market developments; and support trading IT prioritization and risk mitigation.

Provide high-level administrative support to COO teams: manage complex global calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare expense reports, arrange domestic and international travel, generate reports, train and support other Executive Assistants, provide backup coverage, take meeting notes, and support ad-hoc projects while building cross-firm relationships.

Review and advise on marketing materials for registered funds to ensure compliance with Investment Company Act, SEC Marketing Rule, FINRA Rule 2210, and Rule 482. Draft disclosures, conduct compliance testing, monitor regulatory developments, assess marketing compliance risks, coordinate with global compliance teams, deliver training, maintain policies and applications, and support examinations and stakeholder communications.

Provide dedicated administrative support to investors in the Research Department: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, plan and execute meetings, process expense reports, handle confidential information, provide cross-coverage to other EAs, and support ad-hoc projects to ensure seamless operations.

Lead design, build, deploy, and support the Enterprise Limits & Restrictions platform. Develop scalable, secure backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven systems. Support production incidents, improve system stability and performance, mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to modernize compliance and trading controls.
