Join the Private Climate Investing team to source, diligence, underwrite, and monitor growth-stage climate-tech investments. Responsibilities include market research, financial modeling, due diligence, drafting investment memos, attending management meetings and industry conferences, supporting LP reporting, and performing complex analyses under tight deadlines.

Support operational aspects of client and fund transitions, including account openings, asset-in-kind processing, account record setup, transition manager coordination, legacy asset loading, trade file reconciliation, and cross-functional communication to manage operational risk and ensure timely, controlled transitions.

Support executive compensation programs through reporting, market benchmarking, offer and transfer review, and compensation cycle support. Perform data analysis, participate in third-party surveys, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain compensation tools and frameworks, and support mid-year and year-end reviews and related projects.

Support Product Reporting for Fixed Income products by producing accurate standard and customized client materials, writing performance/attribution commentary, tailoring portfolio positioning/outlook, peer-reviewing deliverables, and serving as an internal subject matter expert aligned with Product Management and Client Group.

Project-manage end-to-end launches and lifecycle management of private equity and private credit vehicles. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, standardize reporting, track KPIs, oversee fund operations (capital calls, distributions, liquidity), and drive process improvements to scale fundraising and product initiatives.

Support global media relations execution for public and private investments and wealth channels: manage interview lifecycle, monitor media and trends, prepare metrics and reports, optimize processes with AI, maintain media lists and journalist relations, produce presentations and internal communications, and support events and media training.

Manage operational administration of global benefits with emphasis on US health, welfare, and retirement plans. Oversee program design, vendor selection and management, compliance, open enrollment, communications, and employee support. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT and external vendors to implement projects, negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and resolve issues.

Support production, validation, and reconciliation of portfolio performance and attribution across asset classes. Analyze performance drivers, investigate data quality issues, collaborate with investment, operations, and technology teams, and help automate reporting and analytics processes.

Perform revenue accounting for management and performance fees, support monthly close, reconciliations, collections, and revenue forecasting. Build and validate performance fee models, analyze variances, maintain revenue systems, support audits/tax, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and automate workflows using data tools and emerging technologies.

Support fixed income product teams by monitoring portfolio positioning, performance, and risk; develop strategies and client solutions; conduct market and competitor analysis; evaluate product capacity and pricing; prepare white papers and presentations; meet with clients and consultants; integrate AI tools to improve workflows; and support product-level business management and risk oversight.
