Coordinates and leads academic projects across a charter school, including special education, testing, primary person initiatives, post-secondary support, and academic programming. Partners with school and statewide leadership, develops professional development materials, communicates with stakeholders, supports school initiatives, builds relationships with students and families, and teaches or covers classes as needed.

Leads all non-academic school operations, including staff supervision, front-office administration, facilities, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, compliance, safety, and emergency systems. Oversees special education programming, develops and monitors IEPs, supports students with disabilities, coordinates instructional services, and collaborates with families and staff. Maintains school records, manages vendors and building relationships, coordinates state testing, and supports the Head of School with strategic initiatives and operational projects.
