Lead UAV flight-test campaigns from simulation through field deployment. Coordinate software, hardware, personnel, vehicles, ranges, and authorities; develop and approve flight-test plans, hazard analyses, test cards, and reports; maintain fleet readiness; establish telemetry and data pipelines; and investigate anomalies or structural failures.
