Provides in-house legal and regulatory counsel for Medicare Advantage, commercial insurance, and other business segments. Reviews contracts and business materials, conducts legal research, drafts opinions and regulatory responses, investigates potential violations, supports audits and disputes, monitors legislative changes, and coordinates with outside counsel. Maintains confidentiality of protected health information and advises stakeholders on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
