Lead construction projects across their lifecycle: manage budget, schedule, risk, resources, safety, subcontractors and client relationships. Oversee procurement, project controls, closeout, staffing, and mentoring. Support business development activities, prepare proposals, and ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Assist Project Manager in overseeing project execution including document control, subcontractor coordination, schedule and cost control, reporting, closeout, and supervision/mentoring of Project Engineers. Serve as primary contact for owners, design teams, and subcontractors, support change management, prepare estimates and reports, conduct field observations, and ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout the project.

Provide business-focused legal support for a construction company: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; support purchasing and marketing; manage litigation and outside counsel; assist with corporate filings, claims, training, and maintain legal templates and resources.
