Provide compensation program design, benchmarking, and analytics for alternative asset clients. Serve as a fractional Controller for alternative asset firms and family offices: manage financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, AR/AP, cash forecasting, audit/tax support, build controls, advise on vendor selection, implement policies, and deliver KPI-based analysis and pro forma financial models to senior leadership on project-based engagements.

Serve as a fractional Chief Risk Officer for hedge funds and family offices, building and overseeing operational risk programs (KRIs, RCSAs, vendor due diligence), designing controls and policies, conducting audits and control testing, advising on vendor/IT/cyber risks, and producing risk reporting and action plans to improve operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
