Maintain HRIS records in Paylocity; administer benefits, enrollments, COBRA, FMLA/PFML and disability claims; manage onboarding, unemployment insurance, and payroll coordination; generate HR reports and analytics; support CHRO, liaise with vendors and brokers, coordinate open enrollment and 401(k), and provide first-line employee HR support.

Provide basic finance support including processing accounts payable/receivable in Business Central, preparing monthly billings, assisting month- and year-end close, reconciling credit cards and donations, gathering backup for audits, generating financial reports, and supporting staff on financial and billing procedures.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, maintain ATS (Paylocity), run background checks, craft offer letters, attend recruiting events, support HR projects, and provide general HR team support.
