The WIC Program Specialist provides administrative support, including reception, file management, certification, benefits issuance, and quality assurance within a health and community setting.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, interview, extend offers, and support onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics, build talent pipelines, ensure legal compliance, represent the organization at recruiting events, and support workforce planning and retention initiatives.
