Manages the housing business office, including accounts payable, rent collections, cash management, accounts receivable, financial reporting, funding contracts, and property performance. Supervises and develops staff, maintains AppFolio data integrity, supports property managers, oversees delinquency and eviction processes, manages purchases and contracts, ensures regulatory compliance, and improves operational procedures. The role is fully onsite in Framingham and includes some travel.

Provides front-desk reception for a childcare and Head Start center. Answers and directs calls, greets guests, communicates with school buses by radio, collects and records parent fees, enters data into ProCare and ChildPlus, maintains confidentiality, supports families and staff, and assists with general office duties. The role also maintains an orderly reception area and ensures compliance with agency and program requirements.
