Provides senior-level compensation expertise, analysis, guidance, and issue resolution for healthcare providers across assigned hospitals and units. Ensures compensation programs support business objectives, internal equity, market competitiveness, and legal compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring compensation programs, advising leadership and HR stakeholders, analyzing compensation outcomes, researching complex issues, and developing recommendations. Requires substantial compensation experience, with provider or physician compensation experience preferred.

Support, configure, and maintain enterprise clinical and administrative applications (primarily Epic Ambulatory). Serve as first-line support, troubleshoot system and performance issues, update master files, design and test screens/reports/interfaces, and assist with project task planning and prioritization.

Lead long-range financial and capital planning for the health system through multi-year modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, capital request evaluation (ROI/NPV/IRR), and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain planning tool administration, ensure data integrity and internal controls, and support board and rating agency presentations.
