Lead growth of Engineered Valve product group in the WTP/WWTP market by identifying opportunities, developing pre-bid strategies, supporting estimating and proposals, training pre-bid/estimating teams, partnering on pricing and vendor strategies, and providing project management and negotiation support across multiple regions.

Manage and grow targeted national accounts by building relationships, creating and executing business plans, negotiating national contracts and rebate programs, and coordinating internal teams. Perform customer visits, represent the company at trade associations, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee account-related projects. Role requires frequent travel and driving with an acceptable driving record.

Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by building relationships with new and existing customers, soliciting orders via calls and site visits, preparing estimates/bids, resolving service issues, sharing market intelligence, mentoring associates, and meeting sales quotas and margin targets.
