Lead and manage highway design and analysis projects, develop client relationships, mentor staff, create scopes/schedules and monitor budgets, prepare/check complex highway calculations, geometric layouts, specifications, and reports, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Requires MassDOT expertise and participation in business development and industry organizations.
