Lead major transportation and highway projects from scope development through design and reporting. Manage schedules, budgets, client relationships, multidisciplinary coordination, and roadway engineering deliverables. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while preparing or reviewing highway analyses, geometric layouts, specifications, quantity calculations, and reports. The role requires Massachusetts MassDOT experience, PE licensure, advanced highway engineering knowledge, and familiarity with design-build and accelerated bridge construction delivery.
