Advise franchise owners on strategy, financial planning, benchmarking, M&A opportunities, and brand engagement. Deliver virtual and in-person training, present at events, manage compliance and contractual matters, and drive measurable business outcomes through relationship building and performance improvement. Role requires independent project management and up to 50% travel within the Northeast.

Examine and research Texas real estate records, court and probate filings, and surveys to determine title status and insurability. Communicate findings with escrow, underwriting attorneys, and title staff, resolve issues, and apply title insurance guidelines to support residential and commercial closings.

Supervise remote escrow/operations team supporting title and closing processes. Oversee performance, training, compliance, escalations, process mapping, documentation, recruiting, and continuous improvement to meet client service metrics.

Perform administrative recording tasks: review executed documents for accuracy, submit to county recording offices, support daily operations, maintain documentation, improve processes, and provide internal/external customer service within a collaborative remote team.

Manage client relationships for corporate relocation programs, lead strategy, contract negotiations, implementations, and client reviews. Drive account profitability, SLA tracking, cross-selling, supplier advocacy, and operational excellence. Mentor colleagues, support internal projects, and collaborate across teams. Travel as needed; Pacific/Mountain time zone preferred.
