Researches and interprets real estate documents, court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys. Makes insurability decisions, applies title insurance guidelines, and communicates with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, coworkers, and customers. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, partnering with leadership and internal teams to deliver services, improve satisfaction, and achieve revenue and profitability goals. Review deeds, mortgages, probate, trusts, maps, and surveys; assemble title commitments, communicate with underwriters and escrow teams, and mentor junior examiners. Adhere to underwriter policies and regulatory standards while using title plant software and county records.
