Leads the employee accommodations program, managing complex ADA and Section 504 accommodation cases, directing the interactive process, reviewing medical documentation, and determining feasible solutions. Develops policies, procedures, and documentation standards; advises leadership, HR, and managers on compliance and risk mitigation; and delivers training on accommodation obligations and best practices. Requires strong case management, legal and regulatory knowledge, confidentiality, and independent judgment.

Advises learners on federal student aid, military benefits, employer tuition benefits, payment plans, self-pay options, and financial literacy. Guides applicants through FAFSA, verification, Title IV regulations, enrollment changes, and R2T4 processes. Resolves overdue balances, processes payments in compliance with PCI standards, documents interactions in a CRM, and supports learners through calls, email, SMS, chat, and virtual events while meeting performance metrics.
