Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, equipment finance, asset recovery firms, dealers, and industrial stakeholders to generate equipment consignments, auctions, and marketplace listings. Build pipeline, represent the company at events, collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities, and meet revenue and partnership targets.

Develop and grow a local territory as an independent contractor by identifying equipment disposition opportunities, securing auction and private-sale listings, conducting inspections, coordinating marketing, and managing customer relationships through the sales process to meet territory revenue goals.
