Leads legal execution for private-market transactions, including deal structuring, investment documents, SPV and fund formation, side-letter negotiations, escrow and settlement, securities compliance, and investor disclosures. Builds scalable legal infrastructure, templates, and workflows while partnering with business development, product, finance, operations, compliance, and outside counsel. This hands-on role manages transaction lifecycles from term sheet through closing and advises on complex securities and regulatory matters.

Build and ship end-to-end features for Augment’s iOS app, collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and fellow iOS engineers, and contribute to architecture, code quality, tooling, and long-term product health. The role emphasizes Swift and SwiftUI development, ownership, thoughtful collaboration, feedback, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
