Manage client onboarding, training, and ongoing success for ProScore's AI-powered compliance platform. Serve as client advocate, run virtual/in-person trainings, manage custom projects, handle billing/admin tasks, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to optimize client outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance (IRA-focused).
