Provide front-desk and telephone coverage for a school program: greet visitors, route calls, communicate with families and districts, maintain student records per DESE, handle mail and general administrative tasks, follow emergency/crisis procedures (training provided), and work Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm.
