Assists the Compliance department with affordable housing file processing, income certifications and recertifications, tenant documentation, Yardi updates, and occupancy compliance tracking. Supports residents with housing assistance paperwork, answers questions, documents complaints, and maintains accurate, organized tenant files. Requires strong math, communication, customer service, attention to detail, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and professional certification within several months.

Directs contract administration, insurance programs, claims management, and risk management for a multifamily housing portfolio. Oversees contract compliance, vendor insurance requirements, renewals, property and liability claims, risk-transfer provisions, incident reporting, loss prevention, insurance records, and cost-of-risk analysis. Partners with executives, property teams, brokers, carriers, attorneys, contractors, and vendors.

Manage annual and interim resident recertifications for HUD and tax-credit housing programs. Collect, verify, audit, organize, and update tenant documentation, including income, assets, and medical information. Calculate interim rent changes, explain compliance paperwork to residents, maintain records and logs, and ensure accurate EIV and TRACS processing. The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and light travel across the housing portfolio.
