Oversee performance, compliance, budgets, and resident satisfaction across a 10–15 property portfolio (mostly subsidized housing). Lead, train, and supervise on-site managers, ensure HUD/state program compliance, manage reporting and capital plans, and coordinate personnel functions with HR.

Provide regulatory compliance support for HUD-assisted housing, IRS Section 42 LIHTC, and state-funded programs; oversee HUD EIV compliance, monitor reports, assist with discrepancy resolution, and travel to properties as needed.

Manage tenant file compliance for a HUD Section 8 elderly housing property: complete annual and interim recertifications, verify income/assets/medical info, maintain accurate records and logs, perform file audits, use EIV/TRACS, assist tenants with paperwork, and support property compliance processes.

Provide administrative and customer-service support for compliance: track and review tenant files, process income certifications/recertifications, update Yardi, ensure HUD/Federal compliance, assist residents with documentation, answer tenant inquiries, document complaints, and perform other property management duties.
