Perform site accounting for a 500+ unit community: collect and post rents in Yardi, research receivables, contact residents, process payables via Yardi Payscan, set up vendors and manage COIs, submit reserve requests, perform month-end close, post repayment agreements, and calculate/security deposit accounting for move-outs.
