Drive complex technical and commercial programs from planning through delivery. Coordinate scientific operations, AI/ML, software, perception, hardware, data, business, customers, and partners. Define milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, documentation, requirements, and success metrics; resolve ambiguity and maintain execution alignment. Improve workflows and build reusable program-management systems while supporting deployments, technical decisions, and urgent operational needs. The role is in-person in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with travel to customer and partner sites as needed.
