The Managing Consultant will oversee Epic hospital billing revenue cycle initiatives, manage project execution, mentor staff, and ensure quality deliverables while facilitating client engagement.

Provide Tier 1 IT support and Microsoft 365 administration for healthcare staff: onboard hardware, configure Intune/Entra ID, manage device compliance and BitLocker recovery, troubleshoot VPN/VDI, resolve tickets, and recommend process improvements while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and CMDB governance. Configure MID Servers, patterns, probes, and integrations; manage cloud discovery across AWS/Azure/GCP; build automations with Flow Designer and APIs; perform performance and root-cause analysis; liaise with vendors; produce technical strategy, capacity planning, and translate technical solutions for business stakeholders.
