Manage general ledger operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, complex accounting activities, and month-end close. Review transactions for accuracy and GAAP compliance, reconcile philanthropy, field institute, and retail sales activity, and resolve discrepancies. Support audits, external reporting, budgeting, and special projects while improving accounting processes, controls, and documentation. Collaborate with the Controller, CFO, finance staff, and organizational departments in a remote role requiring periodic on-site work at Grand Canyon.
