Own Reco’s product marketing strategy across competitive intelligence, customer and market research, positioning, messaging, launch planning, content, and sales enablement. Translate complex AI security, agentic AI, SaaS posture management, and non-human identity capabilities into compelling narratives. Lead win/loss analysis, competitive programs, customer interviews, analyst engagement, GTM planning, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

The Account Executive will manage the sales cycle, drive business growth, and collaborate across teams to meet revenue targets while maintaining customer relationships.

Analyze large-scale SaaS security data to identify attack vectors and vulnerabilities, investigate incidents, reduce false positives, and develop detection strategies. Collaborate with security researchers, data scientists, and customers; ingest and correlate SaaS logs via APIs; produce thought leadership and improve platform detection capabilities.

Drive the technical pre-sales process: lead demos, proofs of value, deep dives and workshops; engage execs and engineering/security teams; accelerate opportunities, assist integrations into customers' security stacks, and evangelize the product at conferences.

Build and scale the US People Operations infrastructure: administer HRIS, drive automation and AI workflows, manage onboarding through offboarding, ensure compliance (I-9, payroll inputs, benefits), oversee vendors, and partner with People, IT, Finance, and managers to create a seamless employee experience.

Manage full sales cycle for cybersecurity B2B customers: identify opportunities, build and manage pipeline, close deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and advocate customer feedback to improve product and go-to-market.
