The Managing Director of State Programs will lead the implementation of state programs, manage key relationships with state partners, and contribute to organizational strategy while ensuring high-quality program execution through collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Director will lead strategic initiatives for enhancing Early College access in Massachusetts, engaging with state leaders, and driving actionable plans for statewide implementation.
