Leads human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, and workforce planning for a senior living community. Oversees payroll administration, accounts payable, financial reporting, purchasing documentation, and budget procedures. Manages and develops the Concierge team, promotes hospitality standards, supports leaders with performance and staffing strategies, and analyzes HR metrics including turnover, retention, recruiting, and engagement.

Performs accounting data entry and clerical support for resident and health center billing. Prepares deposits, reviews accounts payable invoices, enters invoices, routes approvals, and generates accounts payable checks. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and operations while providing hospitality-focused service to residents, employees, and guests.
