Manage core people operations across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, HR systems, records, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, performance processes, and staff relations. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, coordinate with Finance, Legal, and external vendors, maintain policies and documentation, and support consistent, compliant HR practices.

Leads Friends of the Earth’s Climate & Biodiversity portfolio, shaping organizational strategy, advocacy campaigns, fundraising, partnerships, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversees program directors and senior staff, advances climate policy, fossil fuel phaseout, biodiversity protection, and environmental governance initiatives, and represents the organization with funders, policymakers, coalitions, media, and external stakeholders. Partners with executive leadership and the board to strengthen organizational effectiveness, collaboration, equity, and measurable program impact.
