Serve as an HR Business Partner focused on Employee Relations: manage intake, investigations, documentation, and case closure; ensure compliance and confidentiality; analyze ER trends; advise leaders and implement prevention-focused solutions and training to strengthen culture and mitigate risk.

Lead financial planning and reporting for US and Canada incineration facilities. Manage monthly P&L close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, audits, and a finance team. Present results to executive management and recommend improvements to meet revenue and EBITDA targets.

Lead and execute EHS compliance audits across company facilities, report findings to senior leadership, support corrective actions, develop compliance programs and SOPs, conduct special investigations, and maintain regulatory agency relationships to achieve corporate zero-deficiency goals.

Provide contract review and management and prepare/submit environmental license and permit applications. Support General Counsel with drafting correspondence, managing contract workflow, checking documents for accuracy, summarizing records, maintaining reporting databases, and liaising with internal clients and external agencies.

Manage a team of 4–6 project managers and specialists delivering emergency spill response projects. Oversee project execution, safety, regulatory closure, contract implementation, client communications, and support sales/marketing input. Ensure quality, invoicing/scheduling resolution, and timely contract deliverables.
