Work with the COO to diagnose and solve high-leverage, cross-functional operational problems end-to-end. Build models, unit economics, dashboards, operating cadences, SOPs, and automation; partner with functional leaders and hand off durable systems so teams can run without you.

The Founding Account Executive will manage relationships with enterprise clients, guide partnerships, close deals, and drive growth through leadership and strategic projects.

Lead and scale the Business Operations function by managing cross-functional ops teams, building processes, automations, KPIs, and systems, hiring and developing ops leaders, defining product priorities for ops experiences, and executing CEO-level strategic projects to drive company growth.
