Serve as strategic partner to the CEO to build and run company operations: scale hiring and performance management, own processes (PM, KPI tracking, legal/compliance, finance, HR), deploy agentic AI workflows across operations, and scale commercial operational readiness to support revenue growth.

The role involves applying AI and ML to solve real-world physics problems, building simulations, managing customer engagements, and translating data into actionable insights, all while maintaining high scientific rigor.
