The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute Luminos Fund’s digital marketing and online fundraising strategy. Responsibilities include launching an individual giving program, managing email campaigns and donor journeys, overseeing social media, engaging influencers, optimizing website donation experiences, and analyzing performance across digital channels. The role will set growth targets, improve donor acquisition and retention, coordinate campaigns, and report recommendations to Development and Communications leadership.
