Provides HR operational support with a focus on Total Rewards: benefits administration (enrollment, COBRA, leave/disability, vendor invoices), open enrollment, audits, tuition reimbursement, wellness and matching gift programs, HCM data entry, timekeeping oversight, department administrative tasks, and customer service to employees and vendors.
