The Senior MEP Project Manager will manage engineering documents, coordinate project teams, ensure quality assurance, and maintain client relationships on-site.

Manage large tenant fit-out and occupier construction projects (up to $30M): stakeholder coordination, schedule and budget tracking, governance, reporting, RFI/submittal review, onsite supplier management, cost control, value engineering, and client relationship management.
