Lead and manage occupier-focused construction and fit-out projects up to $30M, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers. Maintain project governance, schedules, budgets, RFIs/submittals, cost control and status reporting. Provide technical support, stakeholder/client management, process improvement, and capture project learnings. Use PM software and onsite oversight to ensure compliance and delivery of client objectives.
