Owns vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, requirements, prioritization, commercialization, and P&L outcomes for an Enterprise Imaging Diagnostic Suite. Partners with engineering, UX, regulatory, sales, marketing, implementation, and customers to develop healthcare imaging products, define clinical workflows, drive interoperability and cloud initiatives, and deliver go-to-market strategies. Requires deep Enterprise Imaging, PACS, radiology informatics, and healthcare software expertise, with up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Conduct live product demonstrations and engage customers to drive interest and sales for radiology workflow solutions. Maintain product knowledge, support sales efforts, coordinate events and trade shows, gather customer feedback, and report on demo activities. Collaborate with sales teams to meet targets while ensuring compliance with safety, HIPAA, and quality standards.

Leads the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for enterprise imaging and clinical AI opportunities, including RFP/RFI/RFQ strategy, compliance, content coordination, pricing, reviews, submissions, finalist preparation, and handoff to contracting and implementation. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, and Implementation. Maintains proposal content libraries, tracks outcomes, improves processes, and communicates technical and clinical value to diverse stakeholders.

Deploys, integrates, validates, and supports PACS and enterprise imaging solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities. Coordinates implementation milestones, troubleshooting, customer communication, DICOM workflows, and connectivity across clinical, technical, and vendor stakeholders. Provides escalated healthcare IT support, documents incidents and solutions, improves implementation processes, ensures regulatory compliance, and participates in on-call coverage. The role is remote with occasional travel.

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and self-paced technical training for customers and internal staff. Create eLearning, manage LMS publishing, run admin workshops, translate product specs into training, coordinate SMEs, and support new product enablement with templates and standards.

Lead engineering organization to define technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for a scalable, secure health‑tech platform. Own roadmap, standards, uptime, and cross‑functional alignment with Product, Clinical, and Data Science. Recruit and develop engineering teams, drive agile delivery, observability, CI/CD, and compliance (HIPAA). Serve on executive team to influence strategy, metrics, and innovation.
