Manage and mentor a team of BSA/AML analysts overseeing customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, investigations, SAR filings, OFAC screening, and high-risk customer reviews. Own alert lifecycle, liaison with BaaS partners and law enforcement, support policy development, and coordinate responses to audits and examinations.

Support fintech partner risk management across the Bank's BaaS portfolio: perform due diligence and risk assessments, monitor post-onboarding compliance, test controls, track remediation, liaise with internal teams and partners on financial-crimes and regulatory compliance, and maintain risk remediation roadmaps and reporting.

Lead financial and data analytics, oversee operational, financial, and compliance reporting for loan, deposit, and investment portfolios. Manage dashboards, budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, capital deployment strategies, and profitability analyses; present metrics to executives and the Board.
