Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, assessing risk profiles and delivering tailored personal lines and specialty insurance solutions. Manage client portfolios, cultivate long-term relationships, collaborate with underwriting and claims, identify cross-sell opportunities, support new business development, and prepare professional proposals and renewals.

Manage day-to-day pretax administration for employer groups and partners, handle inbound calls and emails, resolve escalations, assist with billing and renewals, generate reporting, document activity in CRM, and liaise with IT and internal teams to ensure service and plan changes are communicated and resolved.

Lead actuarial support for reinsurance and healthcare clients by developing proformas, evaluating new products, conducting rate and reserve analyses, supporting reinsurer negotiations, monitoring regulatory impacts, and providing ad-hoc actuarial and underwriting analysis across medical and supplemental health products.

Lead and manage actuarial projects for healthcare clients, provide technical and strategic actuarial advice, build financial models, mentor junior actuaries, and support practice development and client relationships to drive financial decision-making.
