Manage EHS field readiness and contractor compliance to enable safe, timely technician site access. Maintain safety documentation, track KPIs, manage contractor portals (ISNetworld/Avetta), COIs, and Salesforce records. Support onboarding, training coordination, incident reporting, audits, and corrective actions while collaborating with internal teams and supporting occasional domestic and international site visits.

Lead development of cross-platform Flutter apps for field technicians, owning architecture, prototyping, and shipping features. Collaborate on REST/GraphQL APIs, use AI-assisted development tools, debug with observability tools, mentor engineers, and support customers end-to-end.
